The quality of the hotel was what I paid. The toilet did not work properly The stove did not work There were bugs in the room

Check out hours. There was no one in front desk at 5:30 AM when I have to checkout nor opened the room Ended up calling Extended stay America hotline and leaving it on doorstep to lobby Charger and lights In room 158. The charger and lights were pretty old and didn’t accommodate well

The place was so dirty I checked out; together with 5 other rooms. The place is pretty dirty. They had to refund me plus 5 people.

Place was very dirty. 5 rooms plus mine were refunded. They rent rooms to government well fare. Horrible.

When I arrive at the first front desk was closed that was not mentioned in the message. They sent me telling me the check-in times.
