W obiekcie były moje dzieci. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, kontakt z właścicielami znakomity, na każdym etapie upewniali się czy wszystko jest w porządku! I było! Pokój czysty,wyposażany we wszystko co niezbędne. Polecamy!

Localização excelente! No centro de todo movimento, com diversos estabelecimentos por perto e com facilidade de acesso a transporte público. Bem limpo e tamanho do quarto e banheiro muito satisfatório!

Elevator for luggage and good air conditioning.

To start off with, the staff were rude and dismissive. We came to the property a little early and weren’t able to leave our luggage. We were told after waiting 10 minutes that we could put our luggage in our room (that was clean and ready) but couldn’t go in until 3pm for some reason. Further to this when we came back later to check in, there was no one at the service desk to properly check us in, and in the 4 days we stayed no one ever called us up on it or was at the desk to enquire about it. Our shower also flooded, drenching the entire floor of our room, other residents rooms, outside the hallway and down the stairs. We called the accommodation immediately, we were more worried about the safety of others than anything else. They didn’t seem bothered at all, they ignored our calls frequently and told us they’d be 5 minutes when they actually took more than 1 hour to come. By then we missed our dinner reservation and cleaned the water up ourselves. When we told them we were dissatisfied they didn’t apologise and didn’t give any compensation. If we knew better as well the location is terrible. Yes, it is very central but it is extremely loud as it is on the party street. As 2 young girls we were extremely uncomfortable walking at night and we’d get woken up at approximately 4am every morning and at all hours of the night from people screaming drunk in the streets, cars beeping and doing burn outs. Additionally, not that we used it, but the TV had no signal and didn’t work our entire stay. Overall, we didn’t have a good experience and we hope everyone gets better value for money elsewhere.
