Tolles und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment im Herzen von Palermo.

The location of the flat is great, close to the city centre and the railway/bus station. The interior design surprised us in a very positive way, a lot of art pieces inside the flat, which made our stay unforgettable. The communication with the host always went smooth.

Casa ben fornita, non mancava nulla dalla macchinetta del caffè ai flutes per lo champagne, era pulita e fresca grazie ai tre condizionatori che permettono un refrigerio immediato, di notte ne basta acceso anche solo 1, quello dell'ingresso. All'interno una scorta sufficiente di caffè e prodotti da frigobar, migliorabili le merendine. Appartamento grande e situato in altezza il che isola parzialmente dai rumori e totalmente dagli odori dei vari ristoranti arabi della zona.

Buona la posizione ma non essendo nel cuore di via Maqueda ma alla fine, risente del forte influsso della comunità araba che ha monopolizzato tutto e purtroppo non rispetta le più elementari regole di igiene ma questo ovviamente non è imputabile alla struttura e purtroppo nemmeno solo alla comunità araba...

The property is located in a residential area which is not far from the main attractions. Tasteful decorations and furnitures make this apartment a perfect home feeling place for travelers to enjoy their holidays in a different city/country.

I had no idea this place was located in such a wonderful area! It’s tucked just outside the busiest tourist spots, yet so well connected that getting around was incredibly easy. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the Mercato Ballarò market just at the other end of the street on my last day — a hidden gem I wish I’d found sooner! My favourite area Kalsa was in great walking distance too. The house itself is absolutely lovely. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. It’s full of character, beautifully decorated with art, and clearly very well cared for. The amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking when I wanted to, and thoughtfully stocked with some breakfast essentials. One of my favourite parts of the stay was spending time on the amazing balcony, soaking up the atmosphere of the neighbourhood. It was also great to have central station near in less than 10 minute walking distance to get the bus to the airport. All in all I had a great time in vibrant Palermo and that was thanks to my stay at Fajra House.
