Luxury designer coastal home for 10 with hot tub

Loved the hot tub and the location. The property was very lovely and modern and wasn't run down at all. The parking situation was great, and everything was very clean and tidy. Most of all, the communication between myself and the host was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a late checkout for us which we hugely appreciated. It was a beautiful place to celebrate my 30th by the beach with friends.

It sleeps 10 people but doesn't fully accommodate 10 people. For example, the main dinner table only has enough space for 8. It's lucky we bought additional chairs with us otherwise two people would have had to sit at the breakfast bar on their own and eat which isn't really great when you're doing a big dinner for everyone. You want everyone around the table. There were other things like not having 10 pasta bowls, or 10 mugs or things like that. Also when we arrived, some of the bowls hadn't been washed up properly and had food over them and the oven still had tin foil and old chips in it. But other than the table thing, the other things were manageable and didn't spoil anything. Overall it was a fantastic air b&b

Fantastic location close to the beach. Great property with ample parking and a lovely kitchen that spilled out into the garden which had loads of seating. Property was clean and has some great features such as the hot tub and sound system.

A lovely luxury property based in an excellent location. The house was contemporary, with well proportioned rooms, a high standard of furniture and generally had everything you could ask for in a modern holiday home. The outside areas had good parking and the rear garden was stocked with ample garden furniture and a lovely hot tub.

Having stayed in high quality holiday homes the expectations were high and a few improvements would have made for an exceptional stay. Hanging hooks for clothes in the two downstairs bedrooms where there were no wardrobes would have been helpful. Coasters, sharper knives . Some instructions for operating ie. the velux ceiling windows, bi fold doors, waste disposal.

The house was clean and luxurious, just what we needed for a girlie weekend away! It has a lovely hot tub - we went in a rainy weekend in Jan and still used it. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook while we were there. I left my Echo dot behind and the company found it and sent it back to me in the post. Great customer service.

We ordered Pizza from Dom's Italian resturant. They forgot to deliver one of the pizza's and refused to rectify the issue. There wasn't many/any other places for take aways.
