Villa was very modern, comfortable and clean. In a nice quiet area. This was a repeat visit to this villa for us.

The property was presented in pristine condition. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the quality of the pillows was superb. We were pleased to find the pool properly heated and meticulously maintained. Communication with the management agency was outstanding; when we requested an additional pool cleaning due to sunscreen accumulation, they addressed the matter promptly and professionally. The accommodation itself was remarkably spacious, featuring a comprehensively equipped kitchen suitable for all culinary needs. Furthermore, the water pressure and temperature were consistently optimal throughout our stay. The distance to the closest supermarket it's a 5 minute walk from the property. You can also get to the beach in about 15 minutes walk. With a car it's even faster and you will always have a parking spot available for free on the property. As an end note we were also pleasantly surprised at the kind gesture of being supplied with some complimentary snacks and drinks.

While our stay had its merits, there were a few notable concerns regarding privacy and maintenance. The neighboring residents were quite loud and occasionally peered over the fence, which noticeably compromised the privacy of the pool and outdoor areas. Naturally, neighbor behavior is circumstantial, but it is worth noting for future guests. ​Inside the property, there was a strong, unpleasant odor emanating from the drainage pipe in the utility area, particularly when the washing machine was in use. Although a temporary rubber cover was provided, a permanent plumbing solution would be essential. We also encountered a few broken items, specifically the drying rack (which was unable to support heavy towels) and the mop. Finally, the upholstery on the upstairs sofa was heavily stained. While some of these matters are out of the host's control, addressing the maintenance and cleanliness issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The outdoor area was lovely and practical. The pool was clean and heated for us. The house was well looked after and very clean also.

The pillows were really thin in the twin room, no clothes line to dry clothes or towels. The doors were hard to close in the bathrooms.

It took a long time to find the property as we was not provided with the proper full address. Taxis had trouble finding it too.

Very comfy house, nice living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals. Quiet area, nice and helpful neighbours. We got a car, so it's possible to park on the driveway. If you have a bigger car, public parking is closed, just 1 minute walk to house. Pool is not so big, but enough to chill on ot day. Nice stay! We recommend it 👌

The house is perfect, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The house is cozy and fully equipped with everything you might need. The pool is fantastic, and the swing is just amazing. It’s very close to Marina Rubicon, with its restaurants and shops. Our kids had a wonderful time, and we enjoyed every moment. We absolutely loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house is spacious, beautifully kept. Our children spent hours playing in the pool while we relaxed nearby, and the evenings were magical with dinners outside and plenty of space to unwind. The outdoor areas were a highlight for the kids, and we loved how quiet and safe everything felt. Being so close to Marina Rubicon was a real bonus, we could walk there for ice creams, little shops, or a nice meal by the sea. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation for all of us, and we left already talking about coming back!!

Muy bien ubicada cerca del puerto Marina Rubicón y centro comercial. Muy conveniente para ir a las playas cercanas en coche (Papagayo oLa Dorada). Camas muy cómodas y todos los utensilios necesarios, incluso sillas de playa y sombrilla (a pesar de que la agencia de alquiler me dijo que no había). Casa decorada con muy buen gusto y muebles modernos.

La casa tiene muchísimo potencial, pero encontramos problemas que estropearon nuestras vacaciones. Al llegar la casa estaba sucia, llena de arena, cojines sucios, algunas sabanas sucias, alfombras con manchas y la piscina con todo el suelo lleno de arena y el borde lleno de verdín. Tras reclamar, nos enviaron a una persona de limpieza y nos tuvimos que marchar hasta la noche para que limpiara bien y pudiéramos estar con nuestros hijos. Gracias a Carmen (la chica que vino) quedó todo como debería estar desde el principio. El problema de la piscina fue continuo, el mantenimiento es escaso o de mala calidad, los productos se podían oler y nos dejaba todos los bañadores verdes después de estar un rato, el suelo estaba todos los días con arena. Entendemos que el viento pueda traer arena, por eso poníamos la lona, pero el mal mantenimiento, el fondo lleno de arena de forma continua, el nivel de productos químicos y todo el verdín alrededor de la piscina hicieron que casi no la usáramos. La lavadora también nos dio algún problema saliendo agua por detrás. En definitiva, no esperábamos una falta de mantenimiento, limpieza y una piscina tan mal cuidada después de pagar 400€ por noche. La agencia de alquiler había que ir detrás de ellos de forma continua para preguntar cuando iba a ir el de mantenimiento, nos dijeron una hora y luego no aparecía. Una lastima, si yo fuera el dueño, cambiaría de agencia. No volveremos a contratar con ellos y no lo recomiendo
