It's a great location to walk to the town for both shops and entertainment. It's also easy to walk to the quayside area. Beautifully decorated and we all loved the towels. So big and fluffy.

We never got to stay there as upon arrival in the evening we opened the door to find that the place had not been cleaned after last guests’ departure. Sheets and towels on the floor. Although it was attempted a cleaner was never going to show up in time and we had to find alternate accomodation.

Had a great stay at 1A The Courtyard. Good communication from host. Clean & well equipped. Would recommend!
Long uphill climb to apartment from Exeter St. David’s train station but not the fault of host.
