- okrutnie zimna woda w basenach zarówno w tym ogólnym jak i w basenie pokojowym. byliśmy od 29 sierpnia do 5 września i w pokoju na tarasie był ciągle cień woda przez to dużo zimniejsza niż w basenie wspólnym który był również mocno zimny. - 2 dni z rzędu dostaliśmy śmierdzące ręczniki co zgłaszaliśmy na recepcji zamiast dać czyste popsikali zapachem te śmierdzące. - nie komfortowo czuliśmy się też przez fakt, że recepcja przynajmniej 2 razy do nas wydzwaniała, że za głośno mamy telewizor raz równo o 22:00 gdzie nawet go nie używaliśmy, czuliśmy się bardzo nie komfortowo przez to.

Everything was perfect the room was clean, the cleaning lady was there every day. The staff was perfect and very friendly.

The location is very nice and the view, the personnel, also the comfort of the room and the infinity pool.

However, disappointed with the room with private pool because it is not really private as you are sharing it with the room next to you which is not really giving privacy and maybe should be clearly stated otherwise the money paying for that is not really worth.Also the breakfast is a bit poor for such a hotel! Plus in many rooms your view is PVC panels so not really the most aesthetic.
