Flat 2 at Inverness City

The location was perfect and the house itself was amazing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. A wonderful stay, and I’d totally recommend it!

Short walk to Inverness city center activities and restaurants.

Was very clean and tidy and the location was fantastic.

Rooms were a little small living out of suitcases but that is a minor issue as most rooms are similar size.

Flat was nice enough and equipped with the basics needed for a one night stay. Flat was very clean apart from the negative below. Very good location.

There is NOT a sofa bed (just a large sofa) and shouldn’t be advertised as such as it’s misleading. The owner informed me after I booked - I could have cancelled but couldn’t find anything else. We needed the additional bed and the owner was aware of this and yet no bedding was put out and we were told that it was in a cupboard. Bedding here was tatty and grubby looking, carelessly chucked into a cupboard along with brooms and cleaning products (could it not have been put in a storage bag at least?) We didn’t want to use it because of this, so had to make do with sharing bedding from one of the made up beds. On top of this there was no door on the living room (didn’t know/health and safety?) which meant there was absolutely no privacy at all. Very brusque communication from owners which was borderline rude. Musty smell.

The apartment was in poor condition from the moment I arrived — it was not clean, had a bad smell, and was clearly not properly maintained. Despite that, I treated the place respectfully. I was on a family trip to Scotland, and unfortunately, the host was not pleasant or professional in their communication. I do not recommend this place at all.
