"Great central location in Grand Lake."

Instructions for keypad were clear, and all worked smoothly. Excellent central location, and very easy to access activities in Grand Lake.

Unit #2 is on the second floor, and the steps at the bottom are difficult to navigate. Kitchen is showing its age, and had an older toaster that was not working. But, the location still made this an excellent choice for our stay.

"Perfect for seeing the National Park and very walkable!"

It was super clean and walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants and the beautiful lake. It is just outside Rocky Mountain National Park and we were able to drive in not too far before we saw elk and moose!

Close to the lake and town. Quiet in the evenings. Price was fair.

The apartment could use some upgrades such as flooring and new mattresses.
