This house was a God-send. My nephew was getting married at the Great Barn and I was looking for accommodation for my extended family as we planned to attend and celebrate the wedding. The house itself was clearly recently renovated with clean and wonderful facilities and finishes - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen. The host had the basic essentials, such as tea and coffee, towels, toiletries, etc, available which was great after traveling so far. There was parking for our 2 cars. The location is beautiful and we took early morning or late afternoon walks into the small town and through the nearby fields. Highly recommended!

Super location, perfect central location for visitors with lots of wonderful tourist attractions only a short drive away. Beautiful garden, fabulous contemporary home, comfortable beds, scrupulously clean and lots of facilities to enjoy.

Strange to say, but despite turning down the heat, and opening all the windows, it was unbearably hot upstairs particularly overnight. Better instructions other than turn it on and off would have been helpful. This was only a tiny thing to worry about, otherwise a fabulous place to stay.
