BENous n’avons rien à dire de positif car l’hôte a annulé trois heures avant notre arrivée
Le manque de réactivité dans la communication… Il faut plus de deux heures à chaque fois pour avoir une réponse de l’hôte et ce dernier a annulé notre réservation trois heures avant notre arrivée… soi-disant pour des problèmes d’egouttage… Je pense franchement que c’était une excuse pour pouvoir prolonger le séjour des gens sur place…
MAWe liked the colors.
The apartment was clean and well located, but there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The wood inside the closet was very rough and kept snagging our clothes. Moreover, there was only one small closet in the entire apartment, which was really inconvenient for two people. The only sink available was clogged, and no one came to fix it during our stay, even after we reported it. Also, throughout our entire stay, there was constant construction work right in front of the apartment, which was extremely disappointing. When we mentioned it to the person who gave us the keys, his response was: “You don’t sleep well because you sleep late.” This comment was very rude, especially since the construction noise was happening almost 24/7, forcing us to spend most of our time outside to avoid it. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for.

FRL’appartement est décoré avec soin, dans un style beldi-chic authentique. L’ambiance est paisible, le logement était propre, bien équipé et fidèle aux photos. La communication avec l’hôte s’est bien déroulée malgré la gestion à distance, et le monsieur sur place (Jaouad) a été très accueillant. On sent un projet personnel réalisé avec goût et sincérité.
Un début un peu déstabilisant : malgré la confirmation de réservation, l’accueil n’était pas garanti, ce qui a bouleversé notre organisation et nous a obligés à tout reprogrammer au dernier moment. Heureusement, tout s’est ensuite bien déroulé.
DETraumhaft schöne, super neu, top in Schuss. Ein echter Traum! Ganz toll eingerichtet. Viel Platz, absolut ruhig, morgens wird man vom Vogelgesang geweckt! Kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Wie einmal das Internet nicht funktioniert hat, kam gleich jemand zum Anschauen und Reparieren.
Ein Auto zur Anfahrt braucht man schon, aber theoretisch würde es auch mit Bus gehen. Mit Auto superbequem.
