Localização, varanda com vista incrível, pulseiras com acesso a barcos de acesso à praia, piscinas e bares em boas condições, zona tranquila.

Limpeza - de forma geral: alguns elementos a precisar de reparação como caixote de lixo, cortina de duche (pouco higiénico e suja) placa, banheira.
