Villa Pukak-i Gas Fire- Free Parking- Lake Views

This was a great place. Very nice, modern with great amenities and facilities. Kitchen was well stocked and the two main bedrooms are big and have their own TV. Beautiful views from the lounge room and a garage for the car. Great communication leading up to our reservation so we had no issues checking in and great communication after. It is a bit of distance into town, I think at least a 20 minute walk. We always drove into town. Also getting out onto the main road can take a bit of time as it's very busy and it's only 1 road in and out of Quuenstown. You need to turn right, crossing two lanes is traffic. We knew this when we rented the place and were happy to put up with this.

The views from the windows completely stole the show. Every morning felt like waking up inside a postcard. Looking out over the mountains and water with a coffee in hand was one of those “wow, this is real life” moments. Even in the evening, watching the light change over the landscape from the living room was just magic. The beds were unbelievably comfortable — proper deep sleep, which you don’t always get when travelling. The whole place felt warm, cosy, and well set up to relax after big days out exploring. The location is perfect too. Close enough to Queenstown to get to restaurants, shops, and activities easily, but far enough out that it feels peaceful and private. It was the best of both worlds — quiet mornings, starry nights, and still super convenient. Everything about the house made it easy to settle in straight away. It felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up, like a home rather than just a holiday rental. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown. Already missing those views!

Great layout and size with lots of space . Gas fire made it really cost and comfortable . Nice and modern . Fantastic views !!!

The armchair in the lounge looked comfy but is badly stained and needs a steam clean . I wouldn’t sit in it . It was disappointing and surprising for such a high end villa when everything g else is nice . Also in the bedrooms , you cannot just have the beside lights on . They are wired the same as the main lighting . So bedroom lighting is either all lights on , too bright , or no lights on , so no reading g in bed .

Comfortable & warm accomodation. Beautiful view.

Third bedroom a bit small for our adult son.
