2 BDR villa, walking distance to Seminyak beach.

Loved everything about this property, it’s beautiful. Would 100% recommend. Clean, modern, great staff and the pool is amazing.

The villa was amazing! Very close to the centre of Seminyak and all the restaurants. The stuff was very very helpful and kind, especially the cleaning lady. The villa is very confortable, with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a huge open living room overlooking the pool.

The only think I would improve is to add breakfast and to be more clean.

Looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. Pool was a really nice temperature and staff were so friendly. Perfect location too as not too far from the beach but also close to amazing food places. Definitely visit Craved!

The location of this villa is fantastic. Very quiet, but only a short walk to shops and beach

The location was great! The aesthetics of the villa was stunning. The team allowed us to drop off our bags early before heading to Mrs Sippy for the day. That was super convenient.

It would be great if a full-length mirror could be provided in the bedroom so that you can get dressed and ready for the day in the air conditioning as the upstairs bathroom was extremely hot. The mosquitos were hectic! Keep your bedroom doors closed. Lots of repellants were provided but no matches or a lighter for the coils. A new villa was being built next door and the construction team worked until late which was a little disconcerting at night time.

Safe locked on the first night and took over an hour for them to unlock it causing me to miss dinner reservations. No wifi for the first 24 hours which was difficult with kids and no international roaming on my phone. The bedrooms are not properly enclosed, mosquitos come in and the aircon wont properly cool the space Renovations happening next door all day that the owners were aware of but did not mention with the booking making it hard to relax on holiday. Dust coming into bathroom from construction due to open nature of design Previous comments had said it was a new property but it has a lot of wear and tear already. toilet seats in both bathroom almost coming off the toilet, barely any hot water and pressure in the showers, handrail for the stairs have movement and not steady I am not one to leave bad reviews, this is in fact my first one and i am a very seasoned traveler. While not the worst villa in Seminyak, it is terrible value for money and just poorly built. The furniture and fit out looks nice, but its all a bit smoke and mirrors with the constructions quality. Have been to Bali 10 times and have stayed in villas that are in much better condition for the same and lower price point. When i brought my concerns up to the property managers they said they would speak to the owner and then the owner never got back to me, poor service and no urgency with anything i brought up.

The villa was amazing! Very spacious with modern decor. Pool area was lovely. Very clean. Host was very polite and accommodating.

Would have been good to know about the construction work happening next door. Was loud.
