Sweet 1-bedroom penthouse in the heart of it all

The flat is in a great location, a 2-minute walk from the seafront. Has a 24-hour supermarket right next door. The place is really spacious, huge living area with well-equiped kitchen and looks as it was renovated relatively recently. The bathroom is also spacious, bedroom could be slightly bigger but still comfortable. Shampoo and body wash were also available, plus sunscreen and moisturizer (maybe from previous tenant?) - even so, much appreciated. Has everything you might need, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, instant coffee, sugar etc Owner replied quickly to messages, gave clear self-check in instructions, was very friendly and even allowed early check in and late check out.

The living room sofa needs to be replaced. It was a bit old and uncomfortable. Make sure not to leave any food on the counter and make sure to clean after use, because ants would appear out of nowhere.
