CHA modern hotel, well located, with well-trained and friendly staff. Few rooms, is an inspiring design. This hotel is not for everyone it is for design enthusiasts and beautiful things. The hotel is inspired by the work of famous architects and artists. It has a minimalist design and a unique atmosphere. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a unique experience. Thank you for your hospitality!
We were disappointed with the restaurant. It did not live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. We had chosen the chef's suggestions, and we regretted it. The restaurant is a bit expensive for what it is. We would have liked to see more variety on the menu, and the food was not as good as we had hoped. However, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend the hotel to others, but we would advise them to eat elsewhere.

For a lazy or rainy day, a spa and gym would be a welcome addition.

BEAtmospere was relaxing, near the lake and at the more quiet site of the lake. If you consider to go waterbiking or supping at Orta San Giulio (other side of the lake), don't forget to take your ID-card with you (and take into account that it is only possible after 14:00). Rooms were very sophisticated and cosy; bathroom with turkish bath included. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and at your disposal without being pushy. Breakfast is OK, good quality and with local products that you can order separately. Eggs (and also pancakes) can also be ordered seperately (with no additional cost). Swimming pool is beautiful and with a nice temperature.
For longer stays maybe a little bit too few activities in the neighbourhood, but a visit of the other side of the lake is highly recommended. Room with 3rd bed in fact a little bit too small for the extra bed; better to remove the cough and table then. Breakfast, which is served at your table, could have a little bit more variation (it was more or less 3 days the same: same granola+yoghurt, same juice, more or less same bread).
