Mr Rothschild By TLV2GO

It was a wonderful stay in Tel Aviv. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is located in the centre of Tel Aviv in walking distance to the bustling Carmel Market, cafés, restaurants, museums and the wonderful Nahalat Binyamin Street with its art market and beautiful shops. The light train stop is only a few minutes away and the beach is in walking distance. It was a very nice stay and the hosts of TLV2Go were very helpful and friendly.

Overall, the flat is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for day-to-day living. The space is a good size and works well. It could benefit from some light refreshing, such as painting and redecorating, but nothing major. There are currently road works on the main road which can be noisy at times, particularly in the mornings, although this is temporary. As a one bedroom flat with an English basement, the location is otherwise very appealing and would be especially attractive once the works are completed.

The property wasn't clean or comfortable at all and the customer service wasn't good

The location was prime, close to everything and easy to walk pretty much anywhere you want to go in central Tel Aviv. It’s close to Rothschild, Nahalat Binyamin and tons of cafes and restaurants.

The property does not have full sound proof windows and you can hear all the noise, music, parties and Tel Aviv nightlife outside (even with the windows closed) it’s bad, to the point that you might need earplugs or a loud white noise machine to block it out - not ideal considering the price point of this property. The management company are also pretty appalling at customer service, I had to chase them to get instructions. They do the bare minimum to assist and after much back and forth, eventually they’ll try help. The property itself is nice, the units could definitely have better furniture and interiors, they furnished them very cheaply considering the price you pay. There were cigarette burns in the couch, the bedroom curtains had stains. Not up to my standards as all but I already paid so I just sucked it up… but be warned!
