All was amazing

All was more then amazing I got use to better apt then my home

the entire flat was so good. Nice location. Fast WiFi

The apartment was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Once, there was a leak in the kitchen, and a plumber was promptly sent around to fix it. The location was great in terms of proximity to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the market, and public transport. So many places we went to were within walking distance.

Since it was in the middle of Tel Aviv, it was very noisy at night, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open. When the windows were closed, the apartment was hot, and we had to sleep with the air-conditioning on, and that was noisy too. The ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn't an option for us because it was too 'blowy', even on low.

I did not receive the promised email with instructions even on the day of arrival, and had to call and chase people for it. After finally receiving the email with instruction, it was clear and easy to enter.

The promised email with entry instructions was not sent to me even on the day of flight and arrival (though I followed all instructions from my side and even sending a reminder).on arrival I had to call and start chasing people for it, not fun! The initial girl that answered the phone on the helpline to register the issue was *extremely* rude, abrupt and unhelpful. She connected me to someone else and the help/ support was good after that and issue solved.
