The aesthetics, convenience for transport in the area

We struggled to keep the kitchen clean and keep the apartment smelling fresh. No dish washing cloth,oven & pot gloves yet the pots are made of heavy steel they burned us all the time, no pan for the oven, no dish washing liquid, no hand soap in any of the bathrooms,no air freshener, no refuse bags to protect the bin. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable the mattress is old and tired and one of the legs supporting the bed broke out of nowhere while we were sleeping. The pillows uncomfortable.

Like the location of the place,

To sleep without tv , ,we slept with used linen pillows were dirty some with lipstick,under 1 bed in another unit a very dirty socks,I had to sleep on the couch the next day because the bed is very old n not comfortable, we were told no noise bt people next door were playing music so loud ,we couldn't pray the way we are used

Paid to stay at Emarald Gardens suites 1 and instead was given another venue to stay... That was very disappointing for my family and I.

This apartment exceeded my expectations😊it's beautiful, clean, & neat. Location is perfect close to shops and restaurants not even far from Gautrain station. It has such a warm feeling. I felt home indeed in spacious rooms. Greatest hospitality and very friendly owner. I truly enjoyed my stay.
