decent location and quite quiet despite being on a busy street. secure doors at entry too. the check in staff kindly waited to meet us at around 2am when our flight was delayed (subject to a late fee of 10EUR).

air con and TV weren't working during our stay. the mezzanine is a clever design but the ceiling height is low both in the bedroom upstairs and the living space beneath (I'm 6'4" and could stand up comfortably but there was only an inch or 2 left which is tricky when removing clothing!).

Location is perfect, right in the clubs/bars neighbourhood and at walking distance from the bus stop to the airport.

There are no curtains so we woke up very early due to the lightness. The bathroom height is less than 2 m, which was very uncomfortable for both of us but specially for my husband who is 1,9 m tall. The kitchen is installed in front of the windows so it is very difficult to open them.

Excellent location, right in the center. Given its location on a busy street, the apartment faces the courtyard; therefore it is surprisingly quiet.

Upstairs is quite hot even with the fun on. Tv didn't work.

The heating system on the main floor didn't work, and we were literally freezing as it was nearly 8 degrees on the first day of our stay in Budapest. Even though I had informed apartment agents, they didn't fix it The bad is very uncomfortable, and the apartment was not so clean

I would gladly come here again. The apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway with your partner, the location is ideal, and the apartment is maintained in excellent quality. The interior is very cozy. Despite being here in December, it was very warm in the apartment, and the communication with the host was a pleasure. I recommend it to everyone.

The position was good.

The property was both shabby and grubby and didn’t have some of the facilities it was advertised with-there was no washing machine or coffee machine and the tv didn’t work and we had wanted to watch the World Athletics Champs but we’re unable to. The hosts did text and say they would come and fix this but they never turned up. The bathroom had a slight smell of stale urine and the settee was very worn and in need of replacing. We moved out after 2 nights of the 4 nights we had booked due to all of above.
