Missing basics - only 2 plates and not enough cutlery. Disappointing

We traveled around Australia and New Zealand for three weeks. It was the absolute worst night we had on this trip. When we arrived at the apartments ,we found them uncleaned. In the refrigerator, the remnants of food from the last guests. There wasn't even tolet paper in the tolets. We booked apartments with washing machines and dishwashers ,but there were no chemical means to use them. We turned to the lady who rents these apartments. I had to wait around the clock for an answer. Which was ,excuse me I don't have time , tolet paper you brought by someone .So decide for yourself whether you need to ..... it?

A bonus was the use of the garage for parking our car. Much appreciated in the hot weather.

Location was amazing, apartment was just as pictured if not better. Definitely going to stay here again!

We just had a scarce amount of toilet paper, and had down 3 people staying yet only 2 towels were provided. Other than that, all was good.

Great space. Big and spacious. Very quiet location.

Unfortunately rubbish bins were full and not emptied plant trimmings on the floor which felt unclean. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, was a pity.

Location was fantastic.

There was no internet access nor was there a TV. Bed in master bedroom was a bit too hard however I fully understand that this comes down to the preference of the person staying at the property. Cooking utensils weren’t available except the very basics such as plates, cups, glasses, cooking pots, bowls, a non-stick pan, knives, forks and spoons.

What an absolute gem of a property! We had a quick over night stay in this beautifully renovated home, it was warm, tidy and super spacious. A highlight for us was the couch, I dare you to find something more comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

One of the beds was a little too hard for my friend but the rest of us had a great sleep.
