I liked the design, a combination of 70s inspiration and bright colors gave the room a very modern feel. It is also consistent throughout the property, including the lobby. The staff was helpful, and the location had decent enough access to wherever I could take a rikshaw. I liked the options for room service. The balcony had a nice view, and was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

The most critical thing is that you cannot set the temperature of your room or the air-conditioning. Not only that, if you turn the A/C off, it will on occasion turn itself on. Day tours in of the Panjim area do not pick up from the hotel. In certain cases, due to the high humidity, the floor (which was nice and cool) occasionally got damp to nearly wet.

The hotel's clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, along with the friendly and helpful staff, are all great features. The convenient location near the viewpoint and jetty is also a major plus. We didn't opt for breakfast, but my kid asked for Chocos once, and the Chef kindly provided it on the house without charging us.. The simple gesture is a wonderful example of their hospitality.

The AC is centrally set to 21°C, and if you open the balcony, the floor tends to sweat. You can request the temperature to be increased, but setting it to 24°C also causes the floor to sweat, and by morning, it’s usually wet. I'm okay with 21°C, but my wife and kid find it too cold to bear. So, if someone has a cold, nasal issues, or can't tolerate cool temperatures, it may not be ideal. Otherwise, I’d definitely go again if I were going alone.

I found everything here to be nice and simple and no hassle. I enjoyed that nothing was too much trouble for the staff and was very impressed when they sourced me a shaving kit (which was something my previous 5* failed to offer) The location for me was ideal as I dont enjoy staying in busy area's, but its equally close enough to Panaji to keep taxi's and rickshaws at affordable prices. The hotel was very clean and appeared well maintained, and the staff are superbly friendly. The food in the restaurant I found to be reasonably priced also, aswell as it tasting good. I had a corner King room on the 6th floor, and the view from the balcony was perfect, exactly what I was after, I could see both sides of the bay. There was plenty of room in the shower cubicle and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room pictures are exactly as advertised, so I have decided to share some pictures of their food instead, which I took myself. I enjoyed the variety of foods available at breakfast, and chef was only too happy to cook eggs to my liking. On booking.com, this property is rated a 3* ... personally I would raise it to 3.5* purely based on the cleanliness, staff and location - would I stay here again ? Absolutely !! I choosed this hotel because of design and it was the same as in pictures.Great location and staff amazing very helpful guys. Manager also helped to solve our little issue immediately...the best thing was food.Breakfast and dinner just wooow.Very clean , tasty , a lot of choices. Also, the higher rooms have great view 👌. 🌊 and 🌴

humidity but it is the problem of Goa I guess everywhere u can feel it.

The property was very clean , bright lights, friendly staff and the sea view from the 8th floor room was great.
