The apartment is in the centre of Nidri, alongside the main strip. It is just set back from the water, but only a 1 minute walk from the coastal area, beaches and the main restaurants. The double glazing meant it was completely quiet and the facilities were of a modern and high standard. The cost of the apartment was excellent value and we would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to beautiful Nidri.

The unit was really beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen area to prepare a meal and had all the utensils, dishes, pots, pans etc. one needs. Also appreciated the welcome touch of a bottle of wine and bowl of fresh fruit.

We had a room overlooking the street and while many would like this view, for us we are quiet folks and like to listen to the sounds of nature while sitting on the balcony in the morning having breakfast. For us the street was noisy, however I should note that the soundproofing is terrific so once the doors are closed you don’t hear anything. This said if others are like us then request a room at the back overlooking the car park as here it is quieter. One additional comment and not really a criticism as we worked around it, but one plug socket wasn’t sufficient for all our devices so we had to unplug the lamps to accommodate. Having an adapter for more connections would be helpful.
