GBLocation is perfect, walking distance to train station and lake / ferry port. Easy to access the apartment on arrival and the apartment is very well designed and feels cared for. Washing machine, coffee machine, iron etc, you have every appliance you need to make yourself feel at home. Perfect place for exploring the lake if you choose Como as your basecamp.
I don't want to say anything negative because the apartment was great. I suppose the curtains don't provide much shade from sunlight in the mornings, but lake Como is so beautiful anyway, why waste any time starting your day.

PTThis is a lovely apartment, in a central location - Giulio was such a great host and helped us get in, and even left a lovely welcome note with all the guidance needed. The apartment has all the amenities and the decoration is very good. The bathroom was prepared even with higiene products. Thank you!
It’s almost impossible to park in the street in Como. The closest 24h parking is paid, it costs 24€ to leave the car overnight. Nothing of fault to the host or the apartment, it’s just for awareness if you go by car.
SAVery close to the center and the lake. Easy access to all entertainment activities and halal restaurants. It is also close to the shopping area. The apartment owners were wonderful and very helpful. The apartment is very very clean and has all your needs. I recommend it.
