Great house, comfortable and in great location. Loved the design and decoration. Managers /owners were really lovely and helpful. Loved the history of this house.

Shower a little small for anyone tall.

Hospitality, Wonderfull decorations. Good location by the sea.

A little bit moisture disturbed my friends (not me).

Don’t know where to start, I also know my review should look real but, as a summary I can say I found my cottage in Plomari :)

Nothing, nothing and nothing.

The house is very central, easy to find. Soultana welcoming us and showing us around the house. Everything has been thought of for the guests in the house. It is very comfortable to have a private parking lot for the car. The decoration of the house was very nice. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony with the first sunrise.

We did not have any problems during our stay at the house.

The house is just perfect for a family (we traveled with 3 kids), beatifully designed and super comfortable. The rooms are big and there are lovely balconies. The house is perfectly located right in front of the sea (amazing scenario from the balcony!!) close to the restaurants and city center. The house is well equipped and seems that the owner thought about everything (in the kitchen, bath and basically everywhere!). Everything was beautiful, clean and welcoming!

The house furnitured and decorated very well, the kitchen has all necessary equipment for cooking and having breakfast. Bed lining, towels and every side of house was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect next to tavernas and walking distance to small beaches and 3-5 min. Driving distance to fancy beach. Host is so friendly, you can find many extra things like olive oil, tea, coffee, spices, sampoo, dish washing stuff etc… There are three airconditions and big windows to cool the home.

Art House By The Sea was very cozy and the furniture and decoration details of the house were very beautiful. We had everything that we needed and more! It was located in the center of Plomari, very close to cafes, tavernas, cute boutiques and lovely serene & uncrowded beaches.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, we totally enjoyed our three night stay. The owner of the house was also caring and very polite, she attended to our questions and needs promptly and sincerely.

The Art House by the Sea in Midilli captivates with its delightful decor, offering a fresh and immaculate environment that feels just like home. The location is exceptionally convenient, making it an ideal base to explore the surrounding area.For those with cars, the parking space available in front of the house is very practical and adds to the ease of your stay. The cost-effectiveness of The Art House by the Sea is remarkable, making it an excellent choice for families or small friend groups in search of a snug and welcoming getaway. The host's warm smile and helpful nature only enhance the overall experience. This is a place I can recommend with confidence for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While the frequent buzz of motorcycles passing by at night might be a slight disturbance, it's a small trade-off for staying in such a charming place. Having your own vehicle while staying at The Art House by the Sea adds the convenience of exploring the nearby beaches with ease. Without personal transportation, venturing to other regions of the island might prove to be somewhat challenging.
