Great location, modern flat and good communication with host.

We liked everything.

The interior of the studio was clean, well presented and as per description.

Contact with Luis was good. Lady who handed over keys couldn’t seem less interested. Arrived and lift was not working, this is not their fault, but the flat is on the top floor and it was quite scary trying to get back into the flat at night. The lights in the stairwells only come on for a short amount of time, so you have to move quickly to get up the stairs when the lift is out. Studio is located on a floor that looks shabby and a bit like bedsit land. No kettle, nowhere to have clothes and no tea towel. Prices need to be reduced to reflect all of these negative points.

Excellent location. Cozy apartment. Very clean apartment with fresh linen and towels Great communication from host Luis. As expected for a studio in Central Madrid, it wasn't the biggest shower/toilet room but it met our purpose

The oven was too small for our purposes (you couldn't fit a medium pizza in it)

Great location and the place is cozy, very comfortable.

There is no closet, that makes it a little bit uncomfortable to stay longer days and storage your clothes.

N/ A, I like location. It was terrible experience( arrival = no key, we have to go to another property to try to get the key no good welcome, no hot watercoipke of days , no heat in the arrival( we have to contact somebody yo help us) no wifi information. No enough toilet paper, no change if towels .no soap for cleaning at least the towels. Soap in the shower in the floor. No like I. Everywhere that you Ho in the wall. Terrible beds and bad location of beds easy to hit the heads with the lover sticks in the roof. Terrible experience ( no light in the kitchen. No coffee. No tea nothing Bad experience. We have Bern previously in Madrid in another booking and was great totally different. I want compensation for the bad service that I did paid full amount and got only small part of the service. I already contact you and you are checking if you need more information and the messages that we usedt to contact them. I will send it to you .we have a terrible experience with the room light. No blinds (window )light over the bed. Next to the tv under the sticks. I hit my head many times also in the another room window no blinds fullighy too from to the bed waiting for you answer . Thank you

Location was awesome! We bought some food at the market which was close by and were able to cook. Bed was comfy. Cute decor. Nice hot water in the shower. Elevator to 5th floor was very good. I loved it!

The ceiling was slanted so couldn’t stand up straight or you would hit your head in most of the apartment. We were fine but my husband had a hard time bending over. We are in our 70’s , though!
