Three Double Bed Townhouse

This property was very tired and smelled of damp there was worn carpet on the stairs and the property was generally dirty. The biggest problem was the toilet as it was leaking from the cistern onto the bathroom floor which I had to manage and keep emptying a pan. We had the unwelcome surprise of discovering this by getting wet feet when one of my party first entered the bathroom. This was compounded by the host’s response that he knew about the leak before are arrival yet did nothing before we arrived. He would not give us a refund so that we could find alternative accommodation as he said “ what do you expect for the price!” The damp smell was coming from the Kitchen mainly due to blocked gutters that overflowed constantly down the side of the house. Booking.com are useless they admitted to not vetting properties before they list them on their site. They could also not give a refund as they needed permission from the host! Which obviously he would not give. Do not stay here!! I will also never be using booking dot com again the experience was terrible.

The place was clean host was on hand via messages if I needed anything. There's nothing I could fault was prefect for my stay with my family

Loved the size loads of room and no hassle checking in , clean and a few good pubs local and Indian around the corner and very quiet street thank you very much for leaving tea and milk was needed in the morning

The location was great. The house was really comfortable and homely.

It's not a bad point. The heat in the house was wow . Couldn't work the tv, but that was probably us being daft.🤣🤣

The stairs. The washing machine leaked, only had one knife and couldn’t figure out how to use their >TV. Not written instructions
