I seldom complain publicly, however I feel that this establishment could do with improvement. The apartment was only ready two hours after the official check in time. The bathroom was unsanitary and the kitchen felt grimy. Cleanliness could do with improvement. When I brought these issues to the attention of the host, her response was “I’m sorry you feel this way”. She offered no sincere apology nor showed any intention of addressing the issues I raised, but rather said that I was the only guest to complain.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this "all-you-need-at-your-doorstep" apartment with my friends, and it truly lived up to its name. The stay was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offers breathtaking views that make your time there even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be more convenient – it’s very central, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and amenities. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment feels like a home away from home. One of the highlights is how well-equipped the apartment is. It has all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay – from cleaning supplies to kitchenware, which makes cooking and cleaning effortless. They even provide some starter items to help you settle in before you get your groceries, which is a thoughtful touch. There’s no shortage of comfort here either. The apartment has plenty of towels, cosy blankets, and a washing machine that works perfectly – everything you need to feel at ease during your stay. All the appliances are in excellent working condition, which adds to the overall convenience. Security is solid, giving you peace of mind throughout your visit. However, given the central location on a main road, the area can be a bit lively at night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs to ensure a good night’s rest. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located place with everything you need for a hassle-free stay!

I did ask for possible earlier check in , but cleaning was not finished until 1.5 hrs after official check in time.

Perfect place for a weekend in Cape Town. Equipped with everything we needed. Spacious and clean. Beautiful views!
