La limpieza, comodidad y atención del personal son destacables. También un gran punto a favor es la disponibilidad de todo el equipamiento de cocina e instalaciones de uso común. Excelente estadía.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, sólo que la ubicación es un poquito alejada de los puntos centrales y no es tan fácil de encontrar. Quizás un cartel más grande o iluminado en el acceso sería bueno.

Dieses kleine Hotel war das beste, was ich auf meiner Mexiko Rundreise gefunden habe. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen, was in Mexiko doch eher schwer zu finden ist was ich festgestellt habe und trotzdem war alles sehr nahe und fußläufig erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr sympatisch, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man braucht. In der Küche gab es kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee. Was auch super war, man kann im Hotel Tauch Touren buchen und Motorbikes und zwar direkt vom Gastgeber und nicht nur vermittelt, wie wo anders. Ich kann jedem das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

La Perle Noire has an amazing atmosphere — one of those places where you instantly feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and always around if you needed anything. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The shared kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and we really appreciated the free water and coffee available all day. The whole property is kept beautifully clean — the cleaner was there throughout the day — and it really shows. The location is brilliant too: very close to everything. There’s a cheap laundry place around the corner, scooters available to rent on site, and they organise lots of excursions, which makes exploring the island so easy. We hired a scooter and got around the whole island without any fuss. There’s a lovely little pool downstairs with a great mix of people of all ages and a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a barbecue that guests can use. The vibe is just perfect — relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. One of our highlights was Sparrow, the adorable resident cat, who likes to wander in for cuddles whenever he feels like it! The property also provides a really helpful information booklet with tips on where to eat, local taxi contacts, and everything you need to get around Cozumel. Overall, this place is clean, cosy, incredibly well-run, and full of great people. We’re so glad we chose to stay here — highly recommend!
