La Perle Noire - Dive Hotel Cozumel

Spacious, comfy and clean room. I like the hammock in the room, pretty special. They have a lovely kitty that craves attention and is quite vocal. Big common area with kitchen and living room. A pool to relax and hang your scuba diving gear which I didn't use during my short stay.

If you come by foot, it's very far away (30 mins) from the harbor and the center, so it takes a lot of time to walk back and forth each day for activities and food. Don't book snorkeling tour through them because they just pass you to a random boat at the pier, book directly with the operators instead.

The place was clean and quiet and the bed was super big and really comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Perle Noire, especially the diving community atmosphere, although I didn't dive with them because I had my dives scheduled before I discovered this place. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a spot where you can meet like-minded people, join activities, and have great conversations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with reliable WiFi and air conditioning, which is a must in Cozumel’s humid weather. I also appreciated the balance between social spaces and privacy, so you can engage when you want but also have your own space. Overall, a well-maintained, well-organized place that’s perfect for divers and travelers looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

If I had to pick one downside (that is not really a downside for me), it would be that the location, while well-connected, requires some walking and some my object to that. It’s in a local area, which adds to the charm, but be prepared to walk a bit to get around.

It was really clean, with a lot of facilities. The staff was really nice and it was easy to access by car

The noise can pass the walls. It was not deadly noisy, but also there were just a few people in the hotel when we stayed there.

The room was spacious and the facilities were very nice. Tom and the team were all super helpful and professional, it was a great experience staying at LPN and will definitely go back. The diving arranged through them turned out to be unforgettable as well.

Location wise it's not the most central, but an easy 10-15 min walk away.

Good location, quiet, easy to come and go, kitchen available for personal use.

I’m sensitive to strong smells so cleaning supplies could be less overwhelming.

Dom was super helpful throughout our stay, we booked a snorkeling trip through the hotel which I would 100% recommend. Location is good, slightly out of downtown but easy to walk; some great food spots nearby. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink in the evening. They also had a bbq to use along with a kitchen and mini bar full of drinks for a good price.
