Location is great. We come to Whitby often & always try to stay in this particular area. Nice sized rooms, comfy bed.

The 4pm check in time is the latest we have had & means that you can't get parked anywhere near as other establishments guests are already parked up & checked in. We were a little disappointed with some aspects of the property, for example, nowhere to hang coats, no wine glasses, some light fittings not working, stained upholstery (yellow chair & footstool, really dusty towel rail, someone else's used kitchen foil left in the oven, mould/limescale in shower cubicle & shower head.
