Sea-Renity Picton, Apt B

Great view of harbour from an elevated street. Large rooms. Good sized bathroom. Comfortable lounge. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Walking distance to harbour’s attractions including inter-island ferry.

Location of a steep street might be a problem for guests with mobility issues.

A lovely little apartment, centrally located and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the laundry facilities after 2 weeks on the road. A nice little deck area and off-street parking. I'm pleased we booked apt B (2 bedrooms), as it gave us somewhere to put additional luggage.

The information booklet made reference to a welcome pack, but there wasn't one. However, there is a decent supermarket nearby.

Could get in because they didn’t send the code for the lock. After calls and emails we got the code but it was stressful for an hour

Outside sensor light on path shines through slats into bedroom which is disturbing during the night. Very few of the lights on stairs are working.

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in, it is so well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and a BBQ. The apartment is in an excellent location- a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, and harbour. A wonderful view of the harbour, you can see the ferry arrive. I cant speak highly enough of this place, we just wished we could have stayed longer.

Steep walk back from town however, it is close by.

Sea Renity is a beautiful place to stay. The living space has windows on all aspects and the views over the Picton sounds are stunning from the huge picture window you can see from your bed and sofa! Also watching the sunset over the mountains from the decking area was wonderful. Bed is huge, comfortable and shower powerful. Kitchen was the best I’ve had in NZ…first one that’s been fully equipped. Was able to access streaming services too. Short walk into the centre.

Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. It had everythng we needed for our stay. Excellent location in Picton, as it was within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Grant and Gina
