Location a ten minute walk from the city centre, it's a nicely laid out apartment. Good heating system and everything you would expect from a short stay property.

I wouldn't complain about anything in particular

The location of the property was excellent, just close enough to town to be an easy stroll but just far enough outside for us not to be impacted by any late night weekend noise. Permit parking was a big bonus! Patrick is a friendly, communicative host which is always helpful! The property itself was warm and welcoming and the streaming services on the TV came in handy given the ferociousness of Storm Darragh during our stay.

Was like walking g into a drug den there was no way I was going to let my wife stay there

Unique building, clean and spacious apartment, very comprehensive and helpful host

Spacious room with all accessories we needed. The kitchen equipped with utensils that allow us to do some light cooking. I love the washing machine which helped us a lot.

The beds were a bit too soft for us, but just minor matter.

Everything! The apartment was just perfect for a little family getaway. Very open, spacious and comfortable. We felt very at home

The only thing I would change would be a dressing table with stool area and mirror for sitting to do hair and make-up but I managed with the mirror by the entrance.

Nicely designed and open space. Loved the Gable end window with the cathedral in the distance 👌🏻👌🏻

Would have been lovely to have had a bath as I love one in the winter after a day in Lincoln in the cold. That’s just my personal preference.
