FRAppartement conforme aux photos et en bon état général. Son emplacement est ideal pour une visite de l'ile . Trés difficile de se garer devant le logement mais il y a un terrain vague trés proche ou il y a toujours de la place.
Quelques petits détails mais rien de bien important.
ESFue muy fácil hablar con quien lo gestiona, nos adelantaron el check in, fueron muy atentos. Limpio y bien provisto de todo lo necesario. Repetiríamos sin duda. Zona tranquila con parking en la calle.

The bed was quite small for two people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. The walls are very thin, and you can hear neighbors from all sides
BRThe apartment appeared clean on arrival and is reasonably located for access to local amenities. Self check-in was straightforward.
Unfortunately, the apartment presented several serious issues that made it unsuitable for a long stay. The shower drain repeatedly backed up and overflowed, the bathroom sink did not provide hot water, and the apartment suffered from persistent high humidity and thermal discomfort both day and night. The bathroom had no proper ventilation, which worsened the humidity. An air-conditioning unit was physically installed and shown in the listing photos but was unusable, as the remote was not provided, which was misleading and prevented humidity control. There was also significant noise due to lack of sound insulation, and additional fees for basic services such as cleaning or linen changes were only communicated after booking. Despite attempts to resolve these issues, no practical solution was offered, and I was forced to leave the accommodation early.
