There was sick on the living room carpet when we arrived no one turned up to clean it .The sofa and bed were so uncomfortable I suffer with back problems and these made them worse.The shower door opened about 18 inches no hand rail on none slip mats not good ,There had been something spilt in the passage way yea feet where sticking to the floor when you walked on it I had to wash it I didn’t think I had to start cleaning things when I arrived .

It was a nice apartment if they spend a little bit more money on quality mattress and sofa instead of cheap .And making the shower more to help people with disabilities it would of been a great stay

"Expected high standards but was let down"

The appartment was modern, clean, well-heated and comfortable with a nice kitchen area and bathroom.

When I booked this apartment, I checked for parking on Booking.com as I would be driving and didn't want to pay a fortune. I saw the word 'parking' at the top of the ad and was reassured that there would be a carpark of some sort. However, there was no such carpark and the only parking was on the road at £1.70 per hour. I tried to cancel my booking on the grounds that the ad was misleading but they would not refund me and said that the ad described public parking. It did in the very small print sent later on in emails but not on the main Booking.com ad so it was very misleading. In addition to this, I had to pay a deposit of £203 before I could stay in the apartment and I was told I would get £200 back within 7 days of leaving provided all was well within the apartment. The TV did not work, there was no remote for it. As I was on my own for the stay the TV was important to me especially in the evenings. I rang customer services continually about it but didn't get any help despite promises of the next day and the next day. Two days before I left they dropped off a remote that wasn't compatible with the TV. They didn't stop to make sure it worked. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service shown by Prim Short Stays. On another occasion the hob stopped working and I tried to get through to the help desk but all I got access to was a robot. On another occasion most of the appliances including the fridge freezer stopped working. Again I tried to ring the help desk but kept getting sent back to the main menu. In the end it was my partner on a phone call who advised me to look for the fuse box as he thought the electric had tripped. He was right and between us we managed to restore the power but If it hadn't been for him I would have been in a bit of a mess. The customer services should have been available and ready to help so it was a diabolical service. For all these reasons I would not stay here again.
