There was no property. It was a scam, I never got the checkin instructions and lost 67 pounds, that Booking.com refuses to refund, despite the fact that I was scammed. When I called the property contact number I was informed that they had nothing to do with Booking.com and I should demand my money back. But when Booking.com calls them, they say the opposite.

That I’m getting a refund

That I wasn’t actually able to access the property, the owner wouldn’t answer the phone and instead text me saying there was no booking, they no longer associate with booking.com and the listing shouldn’t be up and that I should request a refund.

I would like my money back, I travelled over 300 miles for a family funeral. I returned back and myself and my brother have had severe diarrhea and vomiting. I have only just felt better today. Hence me contacting you. I have supporting photos of how bad the property is, it's disgusting I unfortunately didn't have the money to go elsewhere. I had to go to Tesco and buy blankets because what was supplied was dirty. I couldn't make the food I had brought because the kitchen was so dirty. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in there

A clean place to stay!!!! If it was clean it would have been ok. But it was entirely filthy, we paid to go swimming at the local pool on the morning of the funeral, just to get a shower. That's not on!! So at the very least I would like my money back for the room. But really I should be getting the money back for the blankets, the shower, the takeaways, the wasted food we brought with us and all the medicine we have had to buy because we were subjected to such filth. It's not on!! Whilst I was taking our things from the room which was supposed to be a none smoking room but was obvious that ppl had been smoking in, I checked the wardrobe for belongings and the door wasn't attached properly it swung and cut my head!! Not only were the sheets dirty and covered in other people's hairs and pubic hairs it had obviously been slept in.

The bathroom facilities were disgusting. I would like to say it's the price I paid for it and that's what you get but I have stayed in places in the UK for similar prices that were not even a fraction as bad.

Dirty clothes everywhere couldn't fine the room so don't even think it was legit so left straight away then the landlord called me alot of names over the phone . Disgusting place would rather sleep on the streets
