Guest must provide their passport for verification purposes. Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. Keys are kept in a keybox at the property. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If guest leaves the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
