SGEasy check in, value for money. Not difficult to locate. Provide a simple micro wave oven meal and coffee. Rooms were fully furnished and clean. Car park located right in front of rooms. Used as a transit hotel.
Nothing much to not like.
I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics and unwillingness to accommodate my situation.
