Las vistas desde el balcon son excelentes. A 5 minutos del Tram y 6 minutos de supermercado.

Si bien tiene candado para llaves en la puerta para hacer el check out, lo malo es que tienes que ir hasta la agencia a retirar las llaves y esto te hace perder al menos 45 minutos extra en la llegada si te manejas en transporte publico.

"Lihtne korter super asukohas! Nautisime randa ja basseini. Voodid olid mugavad."

Asukoht on väga hea, kohe San Juan Playa ranna ääres. Liivaranda kõigest paarkümmend sammu. Maja asub kinnisel territooriumil. Maja ümbrus on puhas ja hoolitsetud, seal on kaunis aed. Bassein on suur ja vesi puhas. Tegemist on 10 korruselise kortermajaga, korter asub 8ndal korrusel. Majas on 3 lifti, kõik toimib hästi ja kiiresti. Korteri rõdult on megailus vaade rannale ja merele ! Korteris on 2 konditsioneeri, mis jahutavad hästi.

Korteri võtmed saime kätte Alicante kesklinnast, mis on 10 km kaugusel korterist. Kohale jõudes võti ei keeranud maja välisust, ega korteri ust. Õnneks olid varuvõtmed olemas uksel olevas võtmekapis. Korter on tavaline, väiksem kui piltidel paisab, eriti köök. Kahe voodiga tuba on samuti umbes 7 m2 suurune, millel on tilluke aken. Soovitan omanikul veidi rohkem pingutada, et luua korteris rohkem hubasust, lisada mõned pildid, kardinad, kaasajastada mööblit.
