The staff named Viet was really friendly and helpful. He gave me great suggestions on where to visit and showed me how to ride the motorbike before I took off. Great location for peace and quiet. The rooms are clean and nice! Highly recommend this place.

Finally a proper hotel, beautiful room, ac and heater worked well, laundry available, breakfast too.

The rooms were okay and there was plenty of room! Loved the fact that we could take a bad after a long time in Vietnam.

When we arrived in our room, we say that the bathroom was still very dirty. Dried up pee on the toilet seat ..leftover soap, hairs and plastic in the shower. The sink was also very dirty. Not very pleasant, we asked to clean it and we were moved to another room. Still the bathroom wasn’t very clean but already better. We asked for a bahn mi bread for lunch (pointed at a picture of a baguette bread with meat and veggies on the menu). What we received was white toast bread that was not toasted, with an egg and some hotdog sausage smeared with mayo and ketchup. We told the the man who made it that was not what we ordered and he said that he was out of the bahn mi. He could of told us that before making it as what we got didn’t look so appealing, but we were so hungry that we ate it… We shouldn’t have .. After spending 4 weeks in Vietnam, we were sick for the first time after eating this sandwich.. Also the place felt more of a hangout for the men who worked there, inviting there friends to hang out around the pool area. Playing cards, and music loudly every night We understand that it was low season, and we were the only room booked. But I think a little bit care for the customers and a room cleanliness is a minimum.

It's out of town a bit so be prepared to taxi or scooter into town. The room is all I needed. The staff are great (bring translator) as they leave you alone. Too many places go overboard in offering this and that, imo. I'd stay again because I was here to ride as many mountains roads as possible. So after 12hrs a day on a motorbike all I needed was a hot shower and peace and quite to sleep ready for the next day. Food wise not much choice at all, but they aren't claiming to be a super restaurant/hotel stay.

the room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. the nicest room we have stayed in Vietnam. we also loved the pool area. it always nice and relaxing being out of town. also easy to get taxis into town

Great atmosphere and pleasant aesthetics

Pool was dirty and likewise, the room was dirty. We found a whole razor in our bathroom and many hair around the room. Stuff is friendly but they definitely need to step up their game. We translated and explicitly emphasised that we wanted breakfast at 07:00 because we had a long ride to Hanoi. We ended up having it half an hour later

We loved everything about this hotel, staff are super friendly and kind. Location is peaceful even though a bit far from town. Almost 40 minutes walk from shopping centre. The view is great

The accommodation is very comfortable, they have a beautiful bathtub and a pool outside. The room has a nice private terrace, but it lacks chairs to sit on.

The room lacks a kettle and a fridge.

Everything was perfect, we slept sooo well!!
