Perfecte locatie om met de auto alle kanten van het eiland te ontdekken. Parkeren kan gewoon voor de deur. In de buurt zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig: de supermarkten Mercadona en Lidl liggen op slechts 5 minuten rijden. Het appartementencomplex is rustig en de eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement zelf was ideaal voor drie personen: mooi ingericht, brandschoon en volledig uitgerust voor een verblijf van een week. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel en ook de slaapbank voldeed perfect. In de keuken was alles aanwezig om zonder moeite zelf te kunnen koken. Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie zorgeloos wil genieten!

Alles was prima.

We really appreciated the strategic location of the house, as it is in the middle of the island, close to supermarkets, near Caleta de Fuste, and well connected to all essential services. The area is also much quieter than the center of Caleta de Fuste, which made our stay very relaxing. The television area was excellent, as was one of the two balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and practical, and the bedroom stayed pleasantly cool, especially at night.

There were no major negative points, but a few small improvements could enhance the stay. For example, the shower with a curtain has its limitations, so providing a bath mat to keep the bathroom floor dry would be helpful. In the kitchen, the dish rack above the sink was slightly rusted and could be replaced. The inner courtyard balcony was less equipped than shown in the photos, making it less convenient to use. Finally, for longer stays, it would be greatly appreciated to have an extra set of towels and bed linen available in the house from the start.

El apartamento está genial... Tienes todo lo que necesitas y más.. fueron super serviciales. Tuvimos todas las facilidades para la recogida y entrega de las llaves... La cama no podía ser más cómoda... El sillón igual... Por lo general no hay mucho ruido y en general los vecinos muy simpáticos.

Falta un poco de iluminación y explico por qué. Lo único que no nos gustó fue y me repito por lo que leí anteriormente el vecino. Tiene un perro y un gato. Eso huele a horrores. En las horas de más calor más porque no lo limpia y el patio está pegado. A la hora de tender la ropa con asco pensando que puede quedar el olor impregnado. PARTIMOS DE LA BASE DE QUE entiendo que no puedan hacer mucho así que por lo menos si mejoran la iluminación se puede optar por no abrir demasiado la puerta. Una vez cerrada no huele. Eso sí...no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza. El vecino grita a los animales y no los atiende como se debe. Igual poner un tendedero dentro.. es otra opción hasta que puedan solventar lo del vecino .. es una pena

Un alojamiento genial

El único inconveniente es la higiene del vecino de al lado, no se podía estar en las terrazas.

La amabilidad del anfitrión.

El vecino tenía un perro que hacía sus necesidades en el patio y el olor era repugnante,aunque entendemos que es algo que se escapa al anfitrión

I vicini di casa.....sporchi..lasciavano giorni interi in balcone asciugamani con ESCREMENTI di cane e vi lascio immaginare la fragranza che ci entrava in casa e sul bucato steso...ma SOPRATTUTTO due poveri cani tenuti in casa tutto il giorno e sgridati ad ogni minimo movimento! DA DENUNCIA!

The apartment is very cool, super spacious for 2 people, completely equipped with everything you need, and the pool is just fantastic! The owner was super responsible and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The location is perfect, super close to supermarkets and great for exploring the island. The Wifi works perfectly if you want to work remotely, and there's a lot of parking in the area.
