The property urgently needs major maintenance. There are serious safety concerns, such as unstable stairs and balconies that are deteriorating. Additionally, water leaks inside the house when it rains, making the stay uncomfortable. Another major issue is the noise coming from the roof during the night, which sounds like rats or bats, making it difficult to sleep. These problems should be addressed immediately to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for future guests.
