Tanga Beach Resort & Spa

Miałem suitę więc wszystko było duże! 2 wielkie telewizory, jacuzzi, wielkie łóżko. 2 łazienki. Wielki prysznic. Bardzo ładny basen. Bar na basenie, grill, ogromne śniadanie, przeszklona winda.

Zmienili mi pokój bo wanna przeciekała. W nowym to samo. Mięso z grila niedobre, o 16 wpuszczają na basen miejscowych więc masakra. Żona bała się kąpać.

The location of the resort and the gardening area is very well maintained.

Not having 2 keys since I was with my wife and the elevator requires a key to up and down therefore we had to go out together and come back together

Breakfast was fine,just the environment needs to be cleaner and well kept

I liked that the staff really tried to do their best to make everything work.

In the first room we had a broken window glass with sharp parts inside. With a small kid in the room we asked for another room. We got another room with broken glass in the shower.Sliding doors on the balcony cannot be locked and the whole glass wall is moving like it's not screwed on the walls. There was no hot water and they were trying to fix that problem and the good thing they did after some time, but left dirty floors in the shower and toilet. The shower pipes and head are so dirty it looks like they never cleaned it. Swimming pool was dirty. Kid's playground was dirty and most of the things are broken and not safe for. It looks like they stopped maintaining and investing in this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and spied of reaction to requests was great

My room had cockroaches. I think this needs immediate attention
