The flat is very spacious and bright . The view from the balcony is beautiful. Having two bathrooms are real bonus. Beds are quite comfortable. The host Antonia was amazingly responsive and helpful. Location could not be better ,the apartment is just a stone's throw from the sea

Leaving a few basic amenities could have been helpful, like hand wash , toilet paper , washing up liquid . It is nothing to do with the apartment but the neighbours upstairs were noisy , it felt like they were rearranging furniture every morning.

Location was excellent. Very clean.

Water pressure not very good in one of the bathrooms. Issue with the parasol,but it was resolved after sending email.

Loved the apartment. It is spacious (it's definitely much larger than the 50 m2 given in the description, around 80 m2 is our guess). Two decent fans to keep you cool, large terrace and one additional balcony, three balcony/terrace doors, the pool is absolutely amazing, although it is not sign posted where how to get there from the apartment. The washing machine is present too and the location right above the beach is priceless. Parking on the street was very easy most of the time in the main season. For the price we paid for August stay, we can't fault it, best deal in Mallorca.

Air conditioning would definitely benefit the apartment. Most other bungalows within the complex seem to have it. We found the fact you are given one set of keys very inconvenient. You need the keys to enter into the complex, into the apartment, to go to the beach and there is no other way then unlocking the doors to get both out and in. So you always have to be together to go anywhere, or manage how to transfer keys. Even simple things such as one of the group wanting to go to the apartment earlier locks you off completely from entering the complex or coming to the apartment. Here we highly advise the owners to re-evaluate if additional set of keys could make life easier. Hose to water off sand outside of the door or a common outdoor shower would also be a plus. The two outdoor showers by the pool did not work. And the pool area is fenced off andngets locked in the evenings. The shared pool is lovely and deep, but the water quality could be better maintained.
