Very friendly host, and we had no trouble communicating in basic English. It wasn’t a problem that we arrived over an hour late. The place appears to have been recently renovated and is of good standard. A pleasant surprise was the elevator. A big plus is the private parking on the property, behind a locked gate. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was nicely organized...

...although I missed having bread, cheese, and basic cold cuts. Only a capsule coffee machine was available. The bed creaked every time I turned over.

Einfach super! Man fühlt sich schon fast wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel! Mit Aufzug und einem Mega Bad und Zimmer! Der Gastgeber war sogar so net das er für uns das Taxi war. So lieb und nett. Wie ein großer Bruder 😊 Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Marko, der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat für uns herumtelefoniert, um zu klären, wo in der Nähe ein Restaurant geöffnet hat.

Marco molto accogliente, ti dà dritte su cosa visitare nella zona e dove mangiare bene! Struttura nuovissima, camera pulita, servita di tutto! Ben arredato!!! Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti vicinissima a Udine.

La zona è molto tranquilla, però in 10 minuti si è in centro a Udine.La camera è molto curata e bella,non manca nulla.Il proprietario e' gentile e disponibile,ti aiuta in tutto e da informazioni molto utili.Parcheggio privato all' interno della struttura.

Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. La struttura è completa di tutto e migliore di quanto appaia in foto. La colazione è di buona qualità. Qualora in zona torneremo sicuramente
