GBA beautiful property, located perfectly in Alberobello. (3-4 steps from the most picturesque part of the Trulli Zone) The property is incredibly spacious, bathroom is brilliant and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. The hosts, Simone & Mariella are one of a kind. They greeted us everyday, ensured that everything was going well with our stay and were always on hand if we had any questions. They also went out of their way to put a small welcome hamper together & to decorate the property in honour of my birthday celebrations. There is a TV in the bedroom & space to connect the Amazon Firestick and the WiFi is some of the best that I've had so far in the region! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Alberobello which gives you the Trulli feel & is also spacious enough to stretch your legs then do not look any further. This property ticks every box and you will not be disappointed!! 😁

GBA beautiful well appointed property with such character In a quieter location in Alberobello, but only 5-10 minutes into the main Trulli zone. The hosts were very attentive with great communication, who gave some great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

IEI did wonder whether I'd regret not staying in a Trulli house in Alberobello but i really didn't, we got all of the charm plus much needed mod cons here. I highly recommend Lamia Mari, a beautiful light and airy space in a perfect location right at the edge of the Trulli house area. The mini kitchen was perfect for our needs, big comfy bed & very clean, well appointed bathroom. The clothes drying rack outside was appreciated too! Our attended parking spot was discounted with our stay and just a short walk from the house, the people there were very friendly and helpful. It's a unique historic building in a fascinating and magical area. I wanted to move in.
I did think there would be a bigger outside terrace going by the photos online. The small seating area for our room was outside the bathroom door and not the table and chairs I expected which belonged to the adjacent room.
AUVery happy, very clean and well presented, very spacious. Location was excellent and easy walk to town centre and other areas of interest.

USLocation was excellent. The unit was clean and updated with tasteful interior design.
The plumbing. The toilet continued to run and the sinks drained slowly. The shower water was warm, not hot. The unit needs only a little attention by a plumber to address these easily fixed issues. Also the unit should be looked over more carefully before guests arrive to make certain the power is on to the stove(it wasn’t) and the coffee maker cartridges are adequately supplied. This is not Mariella and Simone’s problem but the nearby parking lot was bit of a hassle. First it would have saved us time to have known it only takes cash even though it has the slot for a credit card. Also it says it is 6 euro for 24 hours but it is inconsistent. We got 24 hours once. Other times 14, 12, 11, 4. And so we had to spend time feeding the meter. Finally we went to the private lot a little further away and 10 euro a day but worth it.

LUA beautifully restored and stylish property with plenty of space for 2 people. The design and renovation have been clearly well thought-out, such as shutters for privacy, and to keep out the light (and probably heat in the summer), well-placed windows to let in lots of natural light to the bathroom and elsewhere, and traditional Puglian ceramics in the small but adequate (for us) kitchen. It was also spotlessly clean and in a quieter area of Alberobello, with very easy parking nearby. The bed and bedding were also very comfortable. I had excellent communication with Marielle and Simone, the owners, who were very attentive and were on hand immediately when we had difficulties adjusting the temperature in the house, and to advise on where exactly we should park on arrival.
Not criticisms, just observations: the cold floor tiles seem to bring down the temperature of the house which would be lovely in the heat of the summer, I imagine, but did make the house a little chilly in early May. Also, more detailed/up-to-date local information and tips either in the property or sent digitally would be useful.
CHEverything was great. The apartment is truly beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect too, in a quiet neighbourhood of Alberobello. We absolutely loved our stay in Simone's trullo. She has been very friendly and responsive. Grazie di tutto!
The only "negative" point I can mention is that the duvet was way too heavy.
