"Cochinero de hotel"

Los marranos duermen mas limpios que en este lugar. Tiene demasiados cucarachos. En la aplicacion te dan un precio y llegando ahi no te lo hacen valido. Lo de 2 noches salio q era 1 noche

La limpieza. Es un marranero. La atencion del persona. 3 veces fui a hacer el check in y no se encontraba. Literal cucarachas en las almoadas. Sabanas amarilla. El baño sucio. No habia agua caliente. Al final no me quede porque es insaluble quedarse en un lugar en esas condiciones. Estoy en espera que la atencion de booking me regrese el dinero de mi estancia ya que no cumple con nada de la publicacion.

"Rate not Honored"

Location is great

The price on the booking.com site is NOT HONORED. The front desk states the room rate is not available, even though it was already paid online and charged an additional $30 on top of the advertised rate plus the $25 deposit. It is a scam.

"not worth it"

nothing arrive at the location they didnt honor the rate i book ask me to pay 20$ more i was exhausted already from the trip so i just take it. the bathroom had roaches i took some picture the staff said the room is new thats why they charge more the place doesnt look new at all first room the tv was broken we had to move to another room so tiring not worth it
