"The plumbing needs to be repaired."

Beautiful and stylish apartment. Excellent washing machine and dryer. Very cozy.

The air conditioner in the bedroom is very noisy. It's impossible to sleep, so we had to turn it off. And it's very cold in winter. The faucet was broken. It leaked constantly. The drain button was stuck and made noise. The bathroom doors were warped and wouldn't close properly. There are many chips on the furniture, which spoils the impression of the apartment.

Moc hezky a designove zařízený byt, lokalita blízko plaze, vytah, pohodlna postel.

Byt je v zimních mesicich velice chladny, topeni neni/nefunguje.

Ótima localização, mesmo no centro da cidade. Apartamento espaçoso, confortável. Aquecimento fácil de ligar tornando o espaço muito agradável. Vários acessórios para maior conforto - chapéu, para vento. Pequena lavandaria. Muito bom.
