Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and such helpful staff.We were given an upgrade and had a huge room with traditional decor. Breakfast was great too.

Last week, I stayed at Riad Ommeyad with my mom, brother, and sister, and we had an incredible experience! Everything about this place was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The best part, though, was the staff – everyone was so kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the chicken tajine, which was our favorite! Breakfast was also great every morning, and we had a super relaxing massage in the spa. A big thank you to Cenade Youssef, Adib Abdellatif, Zakaria and their colleguages who took such good care of us. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even better! Also their colleguages from the reception and the cleaning staff were very kind. We definitely recommend Riad Ommeyad to anyone visiting Morocco, and we will for sure come back in the future! The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.

There's a small gym in a nice location near one of the gardens. A few machines need service.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful riad! The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is ideal for exploring Fez, and the peaceful ambiance of the riad was the perfect escape after a day in the bustling medina. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fez!

The stunning architecture and decorations showcasing the best of Moroccan craftsmanship ! The professional and warm service (Huge thanks to Fatima-Zahra, Imane and all the team who made our stay very confortable). The hot tub in the room was awesome to relax after exploring the Medina. The palace is near one of the gates to the Medina which enables to leave the car in a secured public parking provided nearby and walk easily to explore the old town.

Their eagerness to assist, patience, and kindness turned my visit into an unforgettable experience.
