EKOSTAY Luxe - Casa Roma

Great Experience. Food was tasty made by the cook. Bedroom were neat, clean and spacious. The view from the Villa was breath taking and relaxing. The Interior was photogenic. Great place for short and long holiday plans. Ekostay will manage every thing and make your holiday wonderful.

Ekostay Casa Roma Villa is a great place to unwind with the plenty of space inside and outside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool and the garden area. One of the best part of this villa, its near Kihim Beach. The caretaker was amazing, he help us with the local things in Alibaug. Lovely Place.

Over priced, not maintained, nothing included. Food too expensive.

To begin with, check-in process was very smooth and we had no issues with the check-in process. The caretaker was present on the property which made the arrival very comfortable. He made sure that whatever we needed was available at the property meanwhile being very attentive with all our needs. The food was made up-to the mark. I had requested the food to be made with less oil and it was taken care of. The villa was very well maintained and the surroundings are very good as well. The pool was handed clean and we really had no issues with the overall hygiene of the villa. Overall a 10/10 stay.

The only good thing about it was the caretaker and chef there. They were very good.

One of the rooms had aircon not working so we couldn’t use the room during the day time during the peak summer season, later at night we we went to sleep the same room had huge red ants all over the room, walls, linen, bed, floor, ceiling. Though the caretaker immediately addressed the issue the room was not usable for the night. And the company did not even reimburse for the cost of the room for that day. Ekostay is out of our list for good.
